The hotel is located on a plot of 630 m2. The ground floor consists of a restaurant with a bar, a kitchen, a cloakroom and 5 toilets, as well as a storage area, a laundry room, a fitness room, a shower and a sauna. In front of the hotel and close to the sea, there is a terrace as part of the restaurant, while on the opposite side of the building there is a fenced area for relaxation that offers a great deal of privacy for hotel guests.
The first floor consists of a reception, as well as two large rooms, each with an attached living room and bathroom. There is also an additional toilet on this floor, as well as a spacious terrace with a swimming pool. On the second floor there are three rooms with attached living rooms and bathrooms. The attic consists of four rooms, one of which has a living room, kitchen and balcony. All rooms have private bathrooms.
The building was built in 1898 and is on the list of protected cultural assets. During the reconstruction, the building was repurposed into today's modern hotel, which still retains the features of the original building.
Beaches and the center of the town with all necessary facilities are only a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The distance from Šibenik is approximately 20 kilometers, while the Krka National Park is 40 kilometers away.
