The hotel with 18 rooms and 785 m2 of net usable area is located in the first row to the sea, with its own mooring for boats.

It consists of 4 floors (ground floor + 3 floors). The hotel was completely renovated between 2012 and 2013 and reopened in 2014. Each floor of the hotel consists of 4 rooms and one suite, which makes a total of 18 rooms. Each room has a terrace overlooking the sea. All rooms have been renovated (new parquet, furniture, etc.), and each has air conditioning and central heating. The hotel also consists of a reception (38 m2), storage room for the needs of the bar (12 m2), restaurant (65 m2) with 78 seats, internet corner (9 m2), kitchen (60 m2), kitchen storage (12 m2), wardrobe (13 m2), and bathroom for staff and guests.

In front of the hotel is a terrace of 400 m2. The new elevator was installed in 2018. Given the condition of the hotel and continuous operation since 2014, no additional renovation is necessary.

The hotel is located in a quiet place, near the famous tourist town of Vodice. It is only 9 km from the exit to the nearest highway, 18 km from the Krka National Park, 25 km from Zadar Airport and 70 km from Split Airport. The hotel is well placed on the market with the possibility of further development.
