Stone villa with pool and panoramic sea view is located on an elevated position in a quiet part of a small village near the town of Omiš.

In the courtyard, next to the pool, olive and palm trees are planted, while the canopy on the ground floor supports grape vines.

The property has several parking spaces, including two covered ones, and children can enjoy a specially designed area with various amenities. Next to the main house there is an auxiliary building with a two-story apartment.
