On the ground floor there is a boiler room with access from the side of the property, one bathroom, a bedroom and a space of 61 m2 intended for the kitchen, dining room and living room. A large sliding wall provides direct access to the outdoor facilities. On the first floor there are three bathrooms and four bedrooms with access to the terraces with an irresistible view of the sea.
Quality materials were used during construction. The property is equipped with a video surveillance system, anti-burglary exterior doors and aluminum exterior carpentry. The bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
A unique atmosphere and idyllic setting is provided by an attractive garden with an infinity pool, a sunbathing area and an auxiliary building/fireplace. Pag (pronounced [pâːɡ]; Latin: Pagus, Italian: Pago, German: Baag) is a Croatian island in the northern Adriatic Sea. It is the fifth-largest island of the Croatian coast, and the one with the longest coastline. In the 2011 census, the population of the island was 9,059.[1] There are two towns on the island, Pag and Novalja, as well as many smaller villages and tourist places. Pag is the only Croatian island that is administratively divided between two counties. Its northern part belongs to Lika-Senj County, while the central and southern parts belong to Zadar County.
