On the first floor there is a space that combines the living room, kitchen and dining room. These floors are interconnected by an internal staircase. The remaining three floors above are the bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom. The room on the last floor has access to a terrace with a sea view.

The house was renovated in 2025, during which it was completely air-conditioned and the old installations were replaced.

In addition to its functionality and location, the house stands out for its exceptional interior design that perfectly combines traditional and modern.
