We are selling a beautiful villa right on the sea with a view of the island of Korčula.
The villa is located on the south side of the Pelješac peninsula, in a small tourist town.
It was built in 2011, on a plot of 449m2.

The peninsula is part of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County and is the second largest peninsula in Croatia. From the isthmus that begins at Ston, to the top of Cape Lovista, it is 65 km or 40 mi long.
