The two-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a new, modern residential building, which has a total of 11 apartments and is equipped with an elevator and a garage. The net usable area of the apartment is 83.76 m².

The layout of the rooms includes an entrance hall, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a living room with an integrated kitchen, dining room and living room that has access to a loggia. Technical characteristics and equipment:

The bathrooms are waterproofed (SIKA, Rofix, Knauf), equipped with Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware, Grohe or Hansgrohe fittings, and new-generation GEBERIT built-in cisterns. Electric underfloor heating is installed in the bathrooms and living areas.

Heating and cooling is provided by a multi-split inverter air conditioner, while an Ariston electric boiler is provided for hot water preparation.

The interior doors are Hörmann Pro Line, white (RAL 9016), with a wooden frame and decorative edges. The entrance doors to the apartments are also Hörmann – burglar-proof and fire-resistant, multiple locking, sound and heat insulation, and the possibility of electronic opening.

The building is equipped with a Schindler 3000 elevator, with a load capacity of 675 kg, and a capacity of up to 9 people.
