The heating and cooling system is based on multi split inverter air conditioners, and an Ariston electric boiler is used to prepare hot water.

The interior doors are the Hörmann Pro Line model with a wooden frame, decorative edges in white RAL 9016 and metal handles. The entrance doors of the apartments are also Hörmann brand – anti-burglary and fire-resistant, with a multiple locking system, thermal and sound insulation and the possibility of electronic opening.
