The property is an old building made of Istrian stone.
Next to the house there is a cistern built of old stone, the tank acts as a terrace, and with a minor renovation it would be ideal for an additional room added to the house.
The property has a new roof, has a network connection of electricity, water, although it will require the construction of a septic tank for wastewater.
The ground floor consists of a main room (5m x 4m); front door leading straight from the central courtyard into this large room with a stone floor and a window overlooking the courtyard.
At one end of the room is a curved wall leading to a smaller room, and at the opposite side is a staircase leading to the first floor. This room could be a space for a kitchen, diner or large living room.
The smaller room (3m x 4m) whose access is through a passage from the main room has a window overlooking the courtyard and the old Istrian fireplace.
The first floor consists of a main room (5m x 4m), the room has windows on two sides and a raised ceiling with exposed beams, and new wooden floors have been laid. The room would be suitable as a bedroom.
Smaller room (3m x 4m) which is accessed through a door from the main room which currently has no planks but has one window and also has a high beamed ceiling. The room would be suitable as a bathroom.
The water tank (4m x 4m) is made of old Istrian stone that is not plastered, leans against the main room on the ground floor, and can be broken through with a door to provide an extra room (perhaps a kitchen).
The garden of approximately 1000 square meters is bordered on three sides by a thick dry stone wall. There are two figs and ripe wild cherries and mulberries in the garden, and the rest of the garden is grass. Behind the wall at the bottom of the garden is an agricultural field and then forests.
