Land space: 4284 m²
Distance from sea: 1200 m
A building land of approximately 4,300 m² is for sale in the village of Mundamije on the island of Rab. The plot is regular, rectangular in shape, has direct access to the main road, and the complete infrastructure is located nearby, which facilitates and accelerates the future implementation of the project. Thanks to its size and location, the land offers various construction options, whether for private or investment purposes.
On this plot it is possible to build a family house or a luxury villa with a swimming pool, garage and auxiliary buildings, but also an apartment building with several apartments. It also represents an excellent opportunity for the development of a tourist project such as a smaller apartment building, a holiday home with several accommodation units or for business purposes, a large shop or a showroom. Given the position along the main road, an additional advantage is the possibility of a business-residential combination, for example a residential building with commercial space on the ground floor, which opens up space for various entrepreneurial and tourist activities.
The island of Rab is located in the Kvarner Bay and has been one of the most desirable Adriatic destinations for years, thanks to its natural beauty, pleasant climate and developed tourist offer. Mundamije is an increasingly sought-after settlement in the immediate vicinity of the town of Rab, and it is precisely the combination of proximity to all key facilities and conveniences for business, family and everyday life that gives this location real investment value.

Rab (Latin: Arba, Italian: Arbe, German: Arbey) is an island in Croatia and a town of the same name located just off the northern Croatian coast in the Adriatic Sea. The island is 22 km (14 mi) long, has an area of 93.6 km2 (36 sq mi)[1] and 9,480 inhabitants (2001). The highest peak is Kamenjak at 408 m. The northeastern side of the island is mostly barren, karst, while the southwestern side is covered by one of the last oak forests of the Mediterranean.
