A house with a living area of 280 m2 is available, on a plot of 418 m2 in a quiet location in the town of Rab.
The house is located in a dead-end street, and the balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea and the harbor. The house consists of two floors and a high roh bau attic.
On the ground floor of the house there is a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a staircase that connects all floors. On the first and second floor there are two bedrooms each with a bathroom and a toilet. The attic is not partitioned, high and very spacious.
The ground floor and the first floor are built of granite, and the thickness of the walls is 60 cm, which is why it is very pleasant to stay in the house in the summer months. The first and second floors contain air conditioners and two chimneys, one of which is closed but can be put back into operation and opened. The house can be used in its current state because it has been partially renovated and contains new furniture. All windows are made of PVC, except on the ground floor, and all rooms have their own balcony.
The garden is on two floors connected by a staircase, and from the first floor of the house you can go to the upper floor of the yard where there is a detached building of approx. 40 m2, the building has no roof. Rab (Latin: Arba, Italian: Arbe, German: Arbey) is an island in Croatia and a town of the same name located just off the northern Croatian coast in the Adriatic Sea. The island is 22 km (14 mi) long, has an area of 93.6 km2 (36 sq mi)[1] and 9,480 inhabitants (2001). The highest peak is Kamenjak at 408 m. The northeastern side of the island is mostly barren, karst, while the southwestern side is covered by one of the last oak forests of the Mediterranean.
