A family house located right by the sea where its boat mooring is located.

The property is in excellent condition with a large southern front facing the sea, more than 40m2 long. During the construction of the house, its placement in the area of ​​the 400m2 plot was carefully planned. By placing it on the edge of the plot, a spacious garden was created under the shade of old pine trees, palm trees and similar Mediterranean plants.

The house itself is spread over two floors:

- On the ground floor there is a two-room apartment consisting of a living room/kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. - On the first floor there is another two-bedroom apartment of similar dimensions, with a separate entrance on the side of the building and an open terrace of 12 m2 with a sea view.

- The house also has a basement of approximately 12 m2, as well as a garage.

In the large yard, a covered lounge of 8 m2, a barbecue, a summer kitchen and outdoor showers have been built next to the house. The house also has built-in central heating on heating oil, as well as air conditioning.

Parking in the yard is possible for a boat or 5 cars. Its boat mooring is located in front of the house, for a vessel up to approximately 12 meters long.
