Two-story house with a swimming pool located in a small, quiet place in the vicinity of Split. The gross area of the house is 350 m2 distributed over the basement and ground floor, and it is located on a plot of 1000 m2.

The basement is a space with its own entrance, which currently serves as a storage room, but can be converted into a tavern, a gym or other content according to needs. In the basement there is also a one-room apartment with a separate entrance, a room for socializing, a kitchen and a bathroom.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a dining room that has access to the terrace. One of the rooms has a private bathroom. The decoration style is classic and rich in details, which creates a unique and distinctive atmosphere.
