The apartment is located in a residential building without an elevator, on the second floor of a total of three. Almost the entire apartment is south-facing, while only one room and the kitchen are on the north side. The southern windows offer a partial view of the harbor.
It consists of three bedrooms, a hallway, a kitchen with a dining room and a large living room. It has been completely adapted and is furnished to measure with designer elements. During the adaptation, exotic parquet, granite on the floor, excellent external and internal carpentry were used. The advantages of the apartment are high ceilings.
