On the ground floor of a small residential building in Manuš, there is a spacious two-bedroom apartment available for long-term rent. Located in a quiet part of town, the apartment has a separate entrance through the courtyard, which ensures privacy and additional comfort of living.

The space consists of a living room connected to the kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms equipped with underfloor heating. The apartment is air-conditioned in all rooms, furnished and ready to move in, and the price includes one outdoor parking space.

The southern orientation of the apartment allows for plenty of sunlight throughout the year.
The tenants have the option of using the shared heated swimming pool and summer kitchen with barbecue, which are shared with only one other apartment in the house. The rent in this case is €1,800 per month, while without using additional facilities the apartment can be rented for €1,400 per month.

The rental price does not include overhead costs (electricity, water, utilities and waste disposal), and the tenant is responsible for arranging the internet.
