We mediate in the rental of a brand new hostel with a total living area of 210 m2 located in the city of Split. It is located not far from the historic center, Diocletian's Palace and the waterfront.
The hostel is perfectly designed with modern materials and is comfortable and offers visitors a pleasant stay. It consists of four bedrooms connected by corridors with a total of 34 beds, kitchen, reception, linen storage, two shared bathrooms and a terrace in front of the entrance. The bedrooms are equipped with quality bunk beds, cupboards and reading lights.
The renovation achieved a higher standard of the hostel, and already after the first successfully completed season, the guests recognized the quality of the accommodation and rated it with an overall rating of 9.5. The space is air-conditioned, equipped with a ventilation system for exhausting used air and supplying fresh air.
Split (Croatian pronunciation: [splît]; Italian: Spalato, see Name section) is the second-largest city of Croatia and the largest city of the region of Dalmatia. It lies on the eastern shore of the Adriatic Sea, centred on the Roman Palace of the Emperor Diocletian. Spread over a central peninsula and its surroundings, Split's greater area includes the neighboring seaside towns as well.
