In the eastern part of Žnjan, the construction of a smaller residential building will begin, which will stretch along Makarska Street. The building will be located in an urban and infrastructure-equipped part of the city of Split. The planned complex will consist of 2 underground floors with parking lots, a ground floor, 4 floors, and an upgraded part, including a total of 37 residential units that will be connected by an elevator, with one main entrance.

The layout of the apartments will include:
- Apartments with one bedroom, 36, 39 and 40 m2
- Apartments with two bedrooms, 50 and 61 m2
- Apartments with three bedrooms, 75 and 114 m2, oriented to the south
- On the top of the building, in the upgraded part, there will be two spacious apartments of 114 m2 and 132 m2, closed area of approximately 98 m2 with an open view of the sea and a terrace, and a one-room apartment of 40 m2 facing south.

An adequate number of parking spaces will be provided on two levels of the underground garage (with an elevator and a hot connection), whereby the price of a parking space is set at 1,800 EUR/m2. The location is favorable because it is located near all important facilities for life, including schools, kindergartens, restaurants, cafes, and it is about a 10-minute drive from the city center.
