Comfortable apartment in an attractive location near Autohrvatska and Firule with sea view. Located on the first floor of a residential building with an elevator, orientation south-east-west. It consists of three bedrooms (two larger and one smaller), a separate living room with access to the loggia, kitchen with dining area, one bathroom, one toilet, small pantry and hallway. It has enough light because it has a view of three sides of the world and a loggia that stretches along the southwest side of the apartment. It is in good condition, but needs renovation in the form of furniture or new prisons. The biggest advantage of this apartment is the location because everything is really accessible, from the hospital, pharmacy, school, shops, drugstore, beach, and the city center is only 20 minutes walk away.
