Comfortable apartment of southern orientation in a quiet area of the wider center of Split, 81 m2 with a loggia of approximately 12 m2. It is located on the first floor of a small residential building with three floors, no elevator, about 15 minutes walk from the Split waterfront.

It consists of a hallway, pantry, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilets, one of which has a bath and the other a shower, kitchen and living room. Exit to the loggia is possible from one of the three bedrooms and living room located on the south side of the apartment, which is why these two rooms are full of light.

The facade of the building was renovated in 2015, and the apartment was completely renovated in 2017. Electrical installations and plumbing pipes were changed, new pvc shutters were installed, and the walls were painted. As a heating / cooling system, air conditioning is used, which is more than sufficient due to good internal insulation and a new facade. Also, the apartment is energy certified and belongs to the A + class, which means that it consumes almost no electricity. The energy class is based on the calculated annual heat consumption per square meter of the heated part of the building under reference conditions.

It does not have its own parking space, but it is located in a quiet street without much traffic so the same can always be found.

Near the apartment there are all the essential facilities, three kindergartens, schools, secondary schools, pharmacies, shops, cafes, sports center, bus stations etc.
