The apartments for sale are currently under construction, and the building contains a total of 11 apartments, ranging in size from 64 m² to 127 m². The planned completion of construction is in the 4th quarter of 2026.

For the comfort of living, each apartment has air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms and partial electric underfloor heating. Hot water is provided via an individual tank. Electricity consumption is monitored via a remote reading system, while water consumption is measured via shared water meters.

The building has an A+ energy class and is equipped with high-quality elevators and neatly arranged entrances to each staircase. The outdoor area includes paved walkways and horticulturally landscaped gardens that are kept green with the help of an automatic irrigation system. Organized waste disposal areas are also provided to keep the common areas tidy.

Situated on a gently sloping slope, the building offers open views of the Vodice archipelago and the sparkling Adriatic Sea, a place where one can enjoy peace and quiet.

The building is designed with a solid reinforced concrete frame and 25 cm thick brick infill, while the interfloor structures are constructed as monolithic slabs. For thermal insulation, a combination of 10 cm external and 5 cm internal insulation is used, finished with a silicone facade.

The flat roof is equipped with professional thermal and waterproofing. All windows and panoramic walls have aluminum frames with triple glazing, with electric aluminum shutters and black mosquito nets.

The rooms appear spacious thanks to floor-to-ceiling window openings and a ceiling height of 270 cm. The walls and ceilings are finished in white, while the main rooms have laminate floors and the terraces have ceramic tiles. The apartments have fire-resistant entrance doors and slightly higher interior doors, 215 cm high.

The bathrooms are fully equipped with wall-mounted sanitary ware, cabinets and premium faucets, with built-in lighting and ventilation. Each apartment has all the necessary electrical installations and a video intercom for guest access.
