It is positioned in a quiet environment of a natural bay of a small town on the Peljesac peninsula. The place is known for its natural beaches, olive groves and bike paths along the peninsula.

The building has a total area of ​​619 m2 on a plot of approximately 1000 m2 and consists of two floors on which a total of 11 accommodation units. On the ground floor there are 3 triple rooms. On the first floor there are a total of 8 rooms, 6 double rooms and two quadruple rooms. All rooms have air conditioning and access to a balcony or terrace.

On the ground floor is a catering facility consisting of a restaurant with a dining room with an internal capacity of at least 50 people, living room with reception, kitchen, bar, toilet, storage room and separate accommodation for staff.

Behind the building is a parking space of approximately 300 m2. In front of the building is a spacious restaurant terrace and landscaped garden right by the sea. Currently, the facility operates seasonally and the occupancy of total capacity is 5 months.
