The old stone house in the center of Lastovo, house with living space of 280 m² and 100 m² plot. The house is located near the church and town square. It has a large area no interior walls, which gives a great potential for a variety of uses (from the hotel to the restaurant and similar services, as well as conversion into a luxury residential building with a large courtyard).

The house offers a beautiful view of the rest of Lastovo. Wearing stone walls are in good condition, although the rest of the house needs restoration. The house was used for the movie recording that is shown at the prestigious film festival in Berlin.
