- Sea view
Land space: 2500 m²
Distance from sea: 200 m
For sale is a building plot of 2500 m2 located in Sumartin, a small and quiet place along the border of the construction zone on the southeast side of the island of Brac. The land is a ten minute walk from the beach and the sea. The excellent location of the land and the fact that it is located along the border of construction, provides a beautiful, open view of the sea, mountains and the coastal area of Makarska.
The land has all the infrastructure; electricity, water and access road.
Near the land there are numerous bays that are characterized by beautiful pebbles, azure blue color of the clear sea and intoxicating scents of the surrounding pine trees.
Brac is well connected with the neighboring islands, and the cities of Split (county and macro-regional center) and Makarska, via Supetar and Sumartin, either by ferry or catamaran lines. In the middle of the tourist season, the catamaran from Sumartin to Makarska operates with five sailings a day. The economic basis is agriculture, viticulture, olive growing, fishing and tourism.
Due to its ferry port, Sumartin, along with Supetar and Bol, is the gate of the island of Brač.
In 2019, the Government of the Republic of Croatia launched a project for the reconstruction and construction of roads Supetar - Pučišća - Povlja - Sumartin on the island of Brač, which would connect the ferry ports Supetar and Sumartin and the cargo port Veselje and connect ten settlements, which would allow better movement population, the availability of more services and the improvement of the quality of life.

Brac (pronounced [brâːtʃ]; local Chakavian: Broc, pronounced [broːts]; Latin: Bretia, Brattia; Italian: Brazza) is an island in the Adriatic Sea within Croatia, with an area of 396 square kilometres (153 sq mi),[1] making it the largest island in Dalmatia, and the third largest in the Adriatic.
