The conditions for building on agricultural land are that there must be a registered OPG activity, and that the land area must be at least 30,000 m2 and 1000 meters from the coastline, while the building must be at least 100 meters from the coastline, which can have a total area of 400 m2 and for a permitted basement of up to 1000 m2, no more separate buildings may be built, while the surface of the land must be planted with permanent plants of at least 70% of the surface.
The access road is macadam, olive trees have been planted and electricity and water are in the immediate vicinity.
