Two modern villas under construction, overlooking the sea, located in a small Dalmatian town near Rogoznica.

The first property is a modern villa with a gross living area of 271.3 m2 with its own pool and parking in front of the plot.

An internal staircase connects the floor to the first floor where there are four bedrooms. Three rooms have private bathrooms, while two have their own wardrobe and access to a spacious terrace.

Both villas on the ground floor have a garage for one car.

The pools are overflow area of 32 m2.

The facilities are air conditioned and underfloor heating is installed in all rooms.
