The property is located on a plot of 536 m2, 344 of which is occupied by the house. It extends over three floors and consists of two separate residential units with their own entrances.

The property's grounds consist of a landscaped garden, a garage, and a spacious outdoor covered and uncovered parking lot. The apartment on the upper floor is approximately 60 square meters and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. Almost every room in the house has access to its own balcony or terrace.

Only a 3-minute drive or 20-minute walk to the Preko ferry port, 700 meters to the first supermarket or a 10-minute walk to a small shop.
